Kids Ministry Volunteers Needed
We’re looking to fill a few slots in our classrooms on Sunday mornings. If you might be interested in joining on a periodic rotation or even just be a name to fill in as a substitute here and there, please see Bobby Anderson in the lobby after service this Sunday, November 2nd.
Wooster Christian Open House
There’s an opportunity to learn a little more about a Christian school in our local community! Wooster Christian recently moved to a new building (1071 Dover Rd, Wooster, OH) and is having an Open House on Saturday, November 1st from 9:00-11:30am. Whether you’re a longtime friend or curious about who they are, they’d love to show you around with guided tours and refreshments.
The Relaunch
Community Groups are finally organized! Next year we’ll be able to start earlier since Greg won’t be on sabbatical. You will be hearing from your CG leaders in the coming week (the week of Oct 27th). We are still in process of organizing the Discipleship Pods, hang with us - those will be completed this coming week. As always, if you have any questions, email us at info@southsidewooster.com.
Friendsgiving Breakfast
Our next potluck will be a breakfast before service on Sunday, November 30th! The breakfast will start at 9am and will wrap up by 10am so we can still have our normal morning service at 10:30am.

Christmas Eve Service
We know some of you have your own traditions with family on Christmas Eve and we don’t want to take you away from those. But for those who don’t have somewhere to go and want to be with your Southside community, we’re having a Christmas Eve service this year! Mark your calendars to join us on December 24th at 6pm for a family friendly service (no nursery or kids ministry).
Christmas Choir
We're going to have a Southside Christmas Choir for Sunday, December 21st and we want you to be part of it! On November 2nd directly after service, Cara Grimwood & Eric Fairhurst will meet with those interested to answer any questions and provide the music. There will be 3 Wednesday night rehearsals for the choir in December: on the 3rd, 10th, and 17th from 7:00-8:30pm at Southside. If you’re interested, please sign up in the Resource Room by October 26th!
Women’s Christmas Brunch
Our annual Women’s Christmas Brunch is truly becoming a tradition. The RSVP list is now available in the Resource Room to sign up for our Christmas Brunch on Dec 6th from 9:30-11:30am. This time together will be restful as we eat, get to know one another better, and make a unique centerpiece you can take home!
