Southside Garden
We’re starting a community garden this year, here on our property, and it will hold much more value than simply the fruit it bears. Greg created a few videos sharing the vision of this garden, highlighting it as a tool for spiritual growth, especially for our kids at Southside. (Check out the first one here - you don't need to have a Facebook profile to watch!)

Summer Read
Greg is introducing a new reading practice for Southside this summer. We are all invited to read the book, Ordinary, by Michael Horton. There will be a very limited number of books available in our Resource Room this Sunday (first come, first serve), so feel free to purchase your own copy here on Amazon.
This is another way we are praying that God would grow and mature us as a community of disciples of Jesus!

Flowers & Fellowship
Ladies, come get creative and connect! Join us as we slow down, create beauty with flowers, and enjoy sweet fellowship and light refreshments. Bring a small container or vase from home to fill with a few fresh blooms. Feel free to get creative on what you bring! Flowers will be provided, but if you happen to have a garden ripe for cutting, you’re welcome to bring your own cut flowers as well. Please sign up in the Resource Room!
Save Your Change
In August, we’ll be participating in a baby bottle drive to raise funds for the Pregnancy Care Center in Wooster. We wanted to give a heads up now so you have time to save your loose change to fill some baby bottles in a couple months!
Summer Baptism Picnic
Our annual Baptism Sunday will be at Pine Lake Event Center again this year! Mark your calendars for July 12th for one service at 10:30am and keep an eye out for more details. If you are interested in being baptized, please reach out to Greg in person or email him at greg@southsidewooster.com .
Digital Directory
We’re launching our digital directory! If you consider Southside your home church, we hope you’ll want to be listed in the directory with a photo of yourself/your family. You will be able to share as much or as little information about yourself as you are comfortable and it will be private and visible only to others also listed in the directory. In addition, you have to receive an invite to be able to join the directory in the first place.
We have a table set up in the back of the sanctuary where you can go after service to talk with someone to request to join the directory. They’ll also be able to help with creating your profile on Church Center if you don’t have one already and troubleshooting any technical issues.
Church Center is the hub that combines many of our online features together and will house our directory. It can be accessed both on the web and through a mobile app. Here is our unique setup link for Church Center: southsidewooster.churchcenter.com/setup
If you click this link from a mobile device, you will be directed to download the app. Once you have installed the app, it will have Southside pre-selected, and all you have left to do is login with a phone number or email address!
