9:00am & 10:30am Services

As we partner with how God is building his church, we are launching an ongoing second service on Sunday mornings. Beginning April 5th, Easter Sunday, the services will be at 9:00am and 10:30am each Sunday. However, we absolutely love our meet and greet time after each service because it’s an important time for connection and personal ministry to one another. If we find we need a little more time between services, we may adjust the service times accordingly.

Elementary Class

When we begin our two service schedule next week, we will have one update to our Kids Ministry schedule. Our Elementary age class (1st - 5th grade) will only be offered during our 10:30am service. We want to continue to build on the community and bonding that has been growing already by continuing to have this age group all together. Our hope is to encourage and strengthen that community as they grow up together during some very formative years. All other kids rooms will still be available at both our 9:00am and 10:30am services.

Spring Cleaning

Spring is almost here! And with that comes spring cleaning as we shake off the dust of a cold winter spent inside. We’re asking for your help to refresh our building on Saturday, April 18th from 9:00am-12:00pm. Check out the sign up sheet in the Resource Room and get your name on there to choose your favorite task before it’s taken. Maybe grab a family member or friend and sign up together. You know what they say: many hands make light work!

Monthly Game Nights

There’s no agenda to these last Saturdays of the month - you can bring a game you like or you can count on Jimmy Banks to bring a few games of his own. Our next game night is on April 25th from 6:00-9:00pm.

Amazon Wish List

We’ve created an Amazon wish list that we’ll update periodically with current needs throughout the year as another option to serve Southside for those able to do so. Purchasing items from our wish list helps to make our Sunday morning gatherings thrive - anything from diapers for the babies in the nursery, to snacks & supplies for our Kids Ministry, to energy boosts for the adults via coffee.
